Refunds during the writing process

We use your funds to pre-pay our writers to work on your order when you place an order with us. So, if you change your mind throughout the article writing or review process for any reason, we can only issue a 50% refund. You will still receive your news piece and have the option to propose adjustments in this scenario. The finished piece will be yours to use anyway you choose.

Once you have agreed a contract with us, the process of writing begins in earnest. Your Commissioning Editor will be in touch at various points during this time but don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions, or if your circumstances or writing plans change at all.

Refunds requested during the publishing process will be denied. We cannot stop a publication that is in process and we are not able to recoup the costs of publishing an article. But make sure before the publication you need to approve your publication. When you check your item, you need to considerate following items. *Article meets your requirements, *Business contact details are correct, *Spelling and grammar is correct, *Keywords you provided are used, *Links work correctly.  

How long do refunds take

We offer a full money back guarantee for all purchases made on our company. If you are not satisfied with this, that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14 days period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the service in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
